Hi, I'm Hailey. I’m a marketer and designer who likes to dig a little deeper. I love the challenge of figuring out what makes a brand different, finding the right angle to bring an idea to life, and turning that thinking into work that feels clear, intentional, and distinctly its own. I’m naturally curious, probably a little over-analytical, and persistent enough to keep searching for the right font, image, or idea until it feels just right. I bring a solution-oriented mindset, a strong eye for detail, and a lot of care to every project—because to me, the job isn’t finished until the work looks, feels, and communicates exactly what it’s supposed to. Outside of work, you’ll usually find me baking something, making something with my hands, exploring the PNW with my mini schnauzer, or planning my next adventure.

Managed freelance designers and copywriters, ensuring timely updates. Designed drip campaigns to boost CRM inquiries and collaborated on blog posts for improved search results and SEO.
Developed marketing strategy for a real estate firm with 60 agents. Ensured consistent marketing across clients, internal teams, and agents. Interviewed, trained, and onboarded 4 new team members. Managed VP's website, overseeing branding, functionality, and SEO. Led weekly and monthly marketing campaigns for the VP.
